Basketball at LBTS CONSENT FORM

The Triangle is running Thursday basketball sessions at Lilian Baylis

The Triangle will be providing Thursday Basketball sessions during term time at Lilian Baylis Technology School (LBTS) 323 Kennington Ln, London SE11 5QY. The sessions will run until April 2025. Full dates below

  • Meet at Triangle on Thursdays at 4pm

  • Walk with 2 staff to LBTS

  • Basketball session 4.15pm - 5.15pm

  • Back to Triangle for 5.30pm

Please ensure that your young person brings with them:

1. Suitable clothes and trainers to play basketball on a outdoor court

2. Water

3. Medication: e.g asthma inhalers
